Our strength lies in finding really good staff. a casa personal brings you the specialised staff you need. Leasing or recruitment, head-hunting or on a try & hire basis with leasing before the final recruitment.

We are often successful when looking for staff abroad too. Specialised staff are willing to work with and for us – and consequently for you too – only if they do not have to emigrate. This means: People who work in Switzerland but want to keep the centre of their life at home are ready to work with commitment and passion.

Our a casa Duo Programme goes by the motto “Simplify processes, double perspectives”. Two people share a position. The two-member team is coordinated and they compliment each other. They work in rotation, i.e.: Employee A comes for 4 weeks, lives in Switzerland for this time and works full-time and fully committed – a half the salary. Employee B comes for the following 4 weeks and also receives half the salary. Thus, you pay the salary for one position shared by two people. During the 4 non-working weeks half the salary is paid continuously.

Basically, this means: Responsibility is shared, security is doubled.

Sick leave, holidays, other times when the employee cannot work; sometimes planned, often unexpected, always difficult to put into practice. Thanks to our double security philosophy, absences are covered before they cause problems. An employee as back-up for the other, secured, guaranteed and effortless. This means: If employee A cannot work, employee B replaces her. Employees do not have to be constantly registered and deregistered, because both are registered 365 days a year.

Thus, the bureaucratically complex registration and deregistration process doesn’t apply. Focus on what is important, not on the current status of your employees. This varies according to the version you choose: Leasing, recruitment or try & hire. The employee is hired by a casa personal for the first 90 days and leased to you. If everything goes well, we facilitate the employment. If this is the case from the very beginning, we skip the leasing step and go straight to recruitment. What if you already know what you are looking for? The a casa personal head-hunting works in the Duo concept too. We can look for two people to share a position in your household.
